i'm starting a series of tc's entitled the human chronicles, and would like a little help. to all of my would-be flamers, i've been making plugs for a coupla years now and i know what i'm getting into (which is why i'm asking for help, i know i'll probably burn out if i have to do all the graphics in addition to the rest of the plug). to help give an idea of what graphics will need to be done, here is a list of the plugs, and a brief explanation of the factions and ships
i: the first steps from earth: starts in 2050, when the first colonization begins. us is trying to keep its monopoly on space, terraccian technological designs is trying to make the expansion public, and the rasalhague pirates begin organizing. a hostile alien species discovered bordering on ttd and pirate territories
ii: the continuation of war: no new factions, but the rest of earth unites w/ the us against the aliens. a few new ships but nothing major
iii: the short-lived peace: many new human ships, several used by new pirates. aliens (from original ev) discovered
iv: the great war: confederation forms. largely original ev ships plus more alien warships
v: the second rebellion: original ev governments. original ships plus some depth
vi-???: more will come eventually, but what's there'll probably get me through my college years
