O and Gildor, it's not a question of a decent language finally coming about it's more a question of it surviving about 10,000 years, 900 out of the last thousand of which the English trtied to ban it, get rid of it and basically have it go away as they tried to impose their culture on the Irish people. Eventually that tried to plant English and Scottish settlers in Ireland, which worked in Ulster but not anywhere else, no however there numbers are diminishing and within the next ten years Unionists will be a minority in the North which means no more bigoted orange order and hopefully equality for all. Sorry for the rant.
