I need to know the best and easiest Utility to use to make plug-ins. I was using EV-Edit and that was messed up and very HARD!!! I heard resedit was hard to learn. If someone can tell me the utility(s) I need to use to make a VERY good plug-in I would be very happy. Also I am working on making EV on a network. I have played EV for 5 years and it is very fun!!!

Well, to make a good plug, you need to know ResEdit, no question. Other good apps are Schmelta V, all of Pontus Ilbring's tools, and all the guides.
Also... if you don't know this stuff, are you sure you have the requsite knowledge to try a project such as a network EV? By the way, some other people claim to be trying this, but only one shows results.

Hey guys, If your interested in writing EV plugins, take looks at plugins that are already out. Pale, EVGE, and others are fine plugins that offer many ideas for a beginning plug maker. Never duplicate any resources from those plugs without express permission though.
As for resource editors, I tend to use ResEdit, as it is the most powerful out of any of them.
