    • Anyone know how to change resource icons on ResEdit?

      That is, how can I assign a graphic for a resource like "s˙st" in ResEdit? I have tried figuring this out before... with no luck...

      Anyone know how to do this?

      Urm.. no there is a way to do it. Did you notice ResEdit is COMPLETELY resourced? Which means it can be done thru ResEdit. Also, I believe someone made icons for EV templates at one point....

      I just wondered if anyone knew how to do this...

      No, what i meant was i didn't know how to do it. I know there's a way. Have you got the resedit rsource guide or whatever it is? That could help.

      By the way, u seem to be on the same time as me. What time is it where you are, and why is it that every time u and me are on the same topic we annoy each other?

      I live in OKC (Oklahoma City, OK, USA) at the moment... and yes its a very nasty town. Anyways its 10:45pm

      I am on at all sorts of times. Honestly, I have visited here at all hours of the day.. sometimes I get up at 600am, sometimes thats when I goto bed...

      I have sleeping trouble.. actually more like I need two extra hours each day to keep me on a regular cycle...

      I'd be happy with 2 hours sleep each day.

      But as for when we get on, (the net), I usually do it in class when the teacher is gone. Haha. :p.

      Yes, it is possible -- I have done it with my version of ResEdit.
      What you need to do is to open ResEdit with resedit (!) and change the icon resources -- full details when I get home!!

      Take the ICN4 (the 32x32 one) and add an icon. It can be any number, then name it the resource you want it to look like. ie: "DLOG"

      thats it...
