    • double agent trouble :/

      (yes I've tried searching)

I've been trying to play as a double agent for the Igadzra and Zidagar. I did both introduction missions and then I finnished the Igadzra string. But after that I don't get any missions for the Zidagar (at Pozdag-3). I also tried not completeing the final Igadzra mission (the impossible defend the station one), but to no avail.
      Grateful for any help

    • After the Pozdag-3 Mission, you have to go to their homworld for the next mission.

If you aren't well-liked there, try getting a hunt-a-turncoat mission and killing the human renegades that follow you everywhere (before completing the mission)...someone told me about that method of increasing legal status and it works extremely well. If you can get to the renegades before someone else kills them that is

Why does killing human renegades make you look good infront of the Zidagar? hmm..
      They're so far away anyway.

      Thanks btw 🙂

    • Argh!
Seriously. I've been trying to dominate the Riomor system for about 1 1/2 hour now. I don't know how many renegades I've killed, but it's LOTS (It's not that I was about to die or anything, but I just got so freaking bored of killing them. How many can there be?). Anyway, my status with the Zidagar hasn't changed one tiny bit. And it's a pain in the arse trying to do missions for them since they shoot me all over the place and only get more mad if I shoot back 😞

That isn't what I meant. You need the Hunt-a-Turncoat mission. Go to any human independant system (like Iothe Prime, Apollo, Thehir, Gribn) and go to the bar. There are several different missions you can get in the bar there. One of them says that a renegade vessel has been attacking the system recently, and asks you to kill it. This is the one you want. The ship you need to destroy will be a turncoat, but don't destroy it yet. As long as that mission is active, 3 human renegade ships (kraits and helians) will follow you everywhere you go. They will hyper in after you do no matter what system you're in. So, go up to the Zidagar systems while you have them chasing you and start killing them. You can kill them an infinite number of times...just land somewhere or hyperjump, and they will appear again. Doing this will increase legal status quite well in nearby systems.

    • Exactly, and it works everywhere except in Human Renegade space (naturally). That way you can have all but 1 system 'blue' if you try hard enough :).

    • I've gotten a decent individual legal status in a few Zidagar systems, but they still keep attacking me so it's not possible to get close to their main systems
Do I need to be a decent individual @ Zidagar for them to stop attacking me?

What sort of ship are you flying? If it is one affiliated with one of the other Strand governments, e.g. Azdara, Igadzra Arada, then the Zidagar will attack you just on the basis of that, regardless of your legal status with them.

Otherwise, they shouldn't attack you in systems where you are a Decent Individual, and they shouldn't really immediately attack you otherwise anyway. But no it is not necessary to have a positive status in the Zidagar system to get them not to attack you :).

    • Silly me, why didn't I think of that...
      I'm flying an Igazra 😕
The whole point of doing the Zidagar campaign after doing the Igadzra one is that you can get a supermean Igazra
      Damn

      thanks for all the help

Hehe, yeah I don't blame you for flying one of those - it's always been my favourite, I must say, and if you can hold out and do it just right, you can end up with your Igazra having that nice 20 tons extra space from the Zidagar (I've managed it once :)). You just have to put up with them attacking you, and try to stay away from those beams! It really makes the Zid missions from Qerid hard as you have to fight both opponents at once, but it's probably worth it ... although the Igazra was never really short of space to begin with!

      Tsk tsk 😛

    • Cool. Sorry for the above. Was just trying to get the smileys to work. 🙂

Heh, nice one. And now I've fixed mine :). It seems you just have to have a preceding space ... I knew that of other forums, and now know it of this one.
