Coldstone won't let me make addons for Pog just addons for a game so give me a hint how to make pog plugs

It certainly will. When you start ColdStone it will ask you what you want to do. Tell it you want to make an addon for a game (PoG IS a game after all, isn't it?) and follow the instructions in the application. You can also follow the guide that makes a sample PoG plugin, which is included with the ColdStone demo.
