I know that there is a dwarf who will give you the Dwarven Runic Sword somewhere north of Gwyden Camp. As the areas around there are quite dangerous for a character of my level, I'd like to know where exactly I should look.

It's four spaces up from gwyden camp. If you look around the river above it you'll find it. And keep looking in that one space above it, Many a traveler have given up looking for it!
