Have you completed the UE central objective? If you have, it changes the Emalghion system, making the second Journey MF mission inaccessable - you need to use a pilot that hasn't completed the UE objective in order for Journey MF to work properly.

Youre the author of Journey MF? Sweet, then I can get a answer to a question I have had long. How do I get a pilot that has the indepence of Huron, but not the central objective done? I tried a few pilots from Pilot File Trade Network, but either they had the UE Central Objective done or Huron was not independent. Doing the Huron string (and probably some other I have forgotten since it was so long ago I tried) would be a pain because I have done it already. Is there no pilots in the Pilot File Trade Network that has the Huron string completed, but not the UE objective? Do I really have to do it again just to do something which seems a small plug (only 30 or so missions)?

General Cade Smart: Well, when I made the plug, I simply picked up from where the storyline of the UEVO RPG (most recently hosted at (url="http://"http://www.uevorpg.net")www.uevorpg.net(/url)) began it's original run - namely, Huron was independent, but the UE-Voinian-Emalghan situation was as if you'd just started the game. It was only after the plug was completed that I realized that it might be a problem - most people who have freed Huron may likely have completed the UE objective as well.
I don't know of where you can find a pilot that has Huron free but UE objective not complete - though if you want I could probably make such a pilot and submit it to the Pilot File Trade Network so that it could be used by anyone who wants to play Journey MF. I'm pretty busy tonight and for the next couple days, but I could probably have such a pilot ready for use by the end of the week.
Gerry: Well, if you've already done the first mission, then you've obviously got the Journey MF starting requirements complete. Yet you say that you haven't completed the UE objective - I'm not sure exactly what the problem is then. For all I can see, it should work. Perhaps it could be a problem with something other than the plug-in - can anyone else shed some light on what is going on here? Ideas, anyone?

Thanks, that explains. Getting a pilot would be be awesome, necessary in fact. I am NOT doing a new pilot and spending days getting money, a better ship, and then murdering enough Human Renegades just to play a plug-in. End of the week is OK, its not that important. I have several other fun plug-ins to play while I wait- F-25, Galaxy's Edge, and Mugabi and Destiny.
Edit- the entire week has gone, and a new one started. Why is it still not in the Pilot File Trade Network? Been so busy you couldnt do it even by end of week, or as I feared: you will forget and not do it?

An alternative is to get Pilot File Editor 3.0 (available from the add-ons area, it's just really old) and poke around inside the EVO data files (using Mission Computer for example) to work out which are the relevant mission bits you need to set. You can then set up a pilot without going through the long process you are trying to avoid.
