Hello, first, let me say I'm playing the EVO port for EV NOVA on Windows. I have a Deadly combat rating, and have completed the rescue voinian defector mission; I have access to the UE Fighter. I have not had any success with obtaining the UE mission, rescue scoutship crew, that gives you the Destroyer and Carrier. Shayon's guide says I need an UPstanding Citizen Legal Status and a Competent combat rating. I have the legal status at Sol and the UE frontier outposts, as well as a deadly combat rating (like I mentioned before). I've tried maybe 20 times at Luna and Earth SpacePort Bar but have not recieved the mission. If you can help, thanks! If not, then all will remain the same (had to quote Lincoln, sorry).

I've never played the EVO port, so I don't know if there are any bugs in it. I'll try answering your question anyway.

In my experience I don't think you will get the rescue scoutship mission on a UE Frontier station. Try taking a few deliveries to a planet which you have the requirements on (Earth or Luna, in your case), and then checking the bar once you get paid for the delivery. I find that seems to work if you are not getting a mission for some reason. Hope that helps

It didn't work but it was worth a shot... I only tried three times though, 2 at earth, 1 at luna so maybe it's premature to say it doesn't work. I did try to capture a UE Carrier. 1% chance in a Crescent Warship...

The guide also says the mission is only 15% possiblity. So keep trying. Another trick is, in addition to Cresents one: accept as many Mission Computer missions as your cargo space can hold. Then abort them and check the bar. Because EVO has to refresh the mission list to give you neew cargo deliveries, it works on normal missions too. I have never had trouble getting it, I just suddenly got it. You will get it eventually.
