Well, I know of people around here who are excellent at graphics. I won't volunteer any of them, but I'll direct you to where you might be able to find them.
This is Skyblade's graphics page. As you can see, he's got some excellent stuff, which is natural, seeing as he's working with some others on the Ares: Override plugin.

In French, "la Belgique" = Belgium.
The French spelling of the Belgian city of Brussels is Bruxelles.

But, I don't believe he's actually using a second language. I've only seen Americans screw English up that bad. I guess the Belgian school system is almost as bad as the American one...
Anyway, at any rate, I'd think he might have picked up on how to spell any by now. Perhaps he's not as observant as you'd hope.
EDIT: For example, why did he get my little hillbilly joke? He must know English pretty well if he knows about stuff like that.
