I'll answer your question as best as I may. There is no official description of all the races. There has been, however, a great deal of discussion on this before.

Well, it's an interesting thing to talk about, no consensus is ever reached, and reviving the old topics would be gravedigging. I think that justifies a new topic, with or without searching.
I personally have thought of the races in terms of their ships. Emalgha are small and brownish, Voinians are big, tough, angular, and covered in slabs of chitinous armor, Miranu are blue or purple skinned and smooth, maybe hairless, and the Strand races are similar eachother except for coloration (Purple, Greenish-Yellow, and Orangish-Yellow). Of course, by that logic Humans have red fins... Oh well. It helps me visualize.

Old topic: The Voinians are huge furry bunnies that, deep down, are searching for love in the Universe.
My opinion: Voinians are big and grey---although almost everyone agrees on this---much like crocodiles. More on this later.

Since Azdgari, Igadzra and Zidagar and Miranu (sp? on all of them) are all descendants of the one race they would all be fairly similar. The Zidagar would be much shorter (or stout) than the others since they are based on Zidigar which if memory serves is a 2G world. I imagine the Azdgari to be battke scarred and tattooed since they have a very War based culture. I think the Igadzra and Miranu would be much alike.
Voinians, I go with the crocadile like things, and I dont have a clue what the humans would look like...

As per my earlier promise to expound on my crocodile-like appearance of the Voinians, here goes.
Since the Voinians' ships are big on armor, one would think that the Voinians themselves are naturally armored as a species. Thus, if they were like crocodiles, they could have a sort of scaled armor plating, perhaps over a tough layer of skin for extra protection. I'd imagine the Voinians have also evolved the crocodile second-eyelidsmembranes, since their homeworld is highly polluted and they'd likely want to keep heavy particulate air pollution out of their eyes.

heres what I figured they looked like:
Emalgha - short, with long brown hair (think Cousin It off addams family)
Voinians - taller than humans, blueish gray skin, scales on some parts of their bodies
Miranu - about the same height as humans, skinny, translucent, purply skin
Zidagar - stout and strong, same basic coloration as Miranu but less translucent
Igadzra - Tall and strong looking, more of a tanned yellowish appearance
Azdgari - Human-sized, more graceful, a light greenish coloring
