hey guys, I was wondering how i can get this mission.. as I've been trying for quite some time while without any success. I have moved on to the strand strings and now want to come back to UE and do the mission strings. I have a decked-out captured UE destroyer, ultimate fighting rating, and upstanding citizen in UE space..

Yay! A newbie. Rescue Scoutship Crew? Hmm Let me see. Wait a minute. You already did the Rescue Scoutship Crew Mission, because after this mission, you have access to all UEs Warship. However, check New Taranto for the beginning of the UE Cruisers, Huron for Free Hurons Missions, and check Earth for the dreadnaught missions.

As I recall, the scoutship rescue mission has fairly low odds of appearing. Just cruise around UE space checking every bar.

Exactly. Actually it has just 15% chance of appearing.
