a few months ago UE Admiral created a webstory, Eve of Destruction, in an attempt to bring new life to the EVO weboard. Around mid-january the story died off and most of the participants agreed to wait a little while before starting a sequel. Well, alittle while is over and its now time to begin discusion of the sequel. Here is a list of player slots:

All right. Here's my spiel. I am in for the sequel as the Miranu.

However, I should tell you how I will be writing it this time. I'm going for character development. Specifically, the friendship and trust between High Councilor Lelos Somm, Engineer Aenig, and Prophet Galil. I want to heal the damage done to the Igadzra, so I'll need to talk to Grunadulater about that later. I guess I can start that little subplot off by having Somm go to Igadzra to study the causes of the explosion. This time I am actually going to go along with the nature of the Miranu—that they are a peaceful lot of traders and negotiators. But this time...I'm adding in a religious element for the character development's sake. I'm looking forward to it.

Not a problem. The more people get involved in this sort of thing, the better (in my opinion).

You should think about developing your character sooner or later. Such questions as 'What race is he?' 'What's his story?' 'Goal?' and 'What's the guy's objective' can help. You don't have to follow that kind of guideline, but it could be useful.

Man...I'm getting involved in how many webstories now? Anyways...

I'm interested in the sequel, but not for at least a month. Also, you might want to keep in mind that specops and Esponer have pretty much decided to leave the ASW for good. Given Esponer's piviotal role in Eve of Destruction, you might want to talk to him about his intrest in the sequel, and what he thinks about even small participation on the ASW boards.

I had a nice long discussion with Esponer, and he said that Andrew Welch started yelling at him for spamming. The problem was that there was five different IPs Addresses. Esponer couldn't have owned five computers at all unlike Bill Gates. It really turned him off about the ASW Board. It's up to you to persuade him to come back, VA.

The Star Destroyer, yes. Fortunately, Esponer is still somewhere on AIM. He said that he will not come back for the sequel, because he doesn't see any point in his group being still on.
