when i go to the system, im well within the time limit, and i don't see anything apart from a Querin battleship, and when i land on the station, nothing happens.
what's going on?

you have to go to the DSN-OOO3 system, look around to see if there is anything unusual, and land on Border post II within two weeks of the day you get the mission

I think that your supposed to go to the system Q-01 not DSN-0003

If this is the mission where you have destroy the fleet after it has moved check out the DSN-3313 system. Not sure if its the right mission.
