Is there a chance that some one could try and create a total conversion Plugin for evo based round Star trek

There have been several attempts at this in the past - however, TCs are massive amounts of work and are rarely finished properly. Even if somebody started a TC now it would be unlikely to be finished for more than a year.
Also, I vaguely recall there being a problem with Paramount (or whoever it is) being very protective of the Star Trek brand and somehow hassling someone who tried it before.
Don't count on it happening, particularly not for EVO. If anybody was going to do it, it would most likely be for EVN anyway.

I've never seen a completed Star Trek plug-in for any of the Escape Velocity games, but (url="http://"http://homepage.mac.com/startrekev/")this EV Override plug-in(/url) is the most complete job I've seen.
