In Frozen Heart, I'm in the Kathrine Baxter Dissaperance missions. I Just found the governor with the crumpiled film in his hand, right after he got shot. It says take it to the Institute, but when I go to earth, nothing hapnes! I've gon to bars & mission computes evrywhere, but no nothing! What Do I Do!

Also, in Fem Fatale, I was just instructed to go to a training session on mikatar, but there's nothing there! I even tried pressing 3 and 4! I cant land at the orbiter, because they don't take bribes. before they stopped, though, I landed again, and checked the mission computer & bar.

WHAT'S THE DEAL!!?!!?!??!??!

For 1), you need to go to the UofE Labs - not Earth. You've been there before... if only you can remember back to when you first met her...

For the second, it depends where you are in the plot.

It would help if you had a specific problem...

All I can suggest is that if you haven't already, get missions. Frozen Heart is based entirely on its central storyline (it's based off a novel), so you need to get to that.
