What is going on with Vastan IV? Does some chain mission start there and if so what combat rating is needed?

Nothing's the deal with Vastan IV. It's just another Zidagar world.

I wish Vastan IV did have something cool with it. Maybe I'll make an expander for the Zidagar mission string.
