I think you go to the most southern UE voinian outpost. I'm pretty sure it's Gamma.
That's where you'll meet Commander D'erlon, who will give you some of his finest marines to borrow, so you can capture the station.

I checked which system. It's Gamma, in the Yandros system, one jump below Eltor. I know you know where eltor is
after the next mission, you get my favorite outfit- marine gear.

btw does it mean anything when they say that some of the marines left eqipment on your ship?

Why yes, it means that you now have the 'marines' outfit - if you look at the extras for your ship, at least in version 1.0.2, it will end with "and a ." They didn't put in the name, but there is a plugin that does so... basically it increases your chances of capturing ships when you board them - as you've got more weapons and proper gear now :).
It's equivalent to having 200 extra crew, when capture odds are calculated. Thus, it doesn't make a huge amount of difference if you're flying around in Balshova's Beast, but it's great for the folks who prefer fighters, but still want to capture escorts.
