The missions for the Crescent renegades begin at Hizdriar, if you have a negative legal status there.

Oh...I thought it was Hrekka or whatever. The North Tip renegades always seemed to hate me. Perhaps they were jealous of my fleet's ability to vaporize a Crescent Warship in four seconds.

i tried getting the missions at Hizdriar but it wasnt there. im most wanted on all the miranu planets and i have an ulimate rating. i also tried to do the captains of freeport missions. where does the captions of freeport mission string end?
