Payback meanders over to the hangar, pissed at Shade because he nearly died if not for the meds. He chooses a ship, a lightning blue streaked one. Deciding to fool around with the AI, he renames the ship Grease Monkey. Its voice-activated commands are nice for leisure, but the analog is perfect for combat. The seat even melds to his form, making for a wonderfully comfortable experience while blowing up whatever he decides to. The acceleration is incredible, better than an Azdara of old, but thanks to the advanced inertial dampeners, Payback hardly feels a thing. He may not have the psychic link Shade does, but he's a damn good pilot and connects well with grease monkies anyway.
So, Shade, what do we do with these ships? Monsters seem a bit like small game now. We gonna try to break the blockade?
