I've had problems with the Star Wars plug for a while now, but I finally figured out how to fix it to my satisfaction, so I will share with you how I did it in case any of you wish to follow suit.
I opened each of the separate plug-in files with Res-Edit and pasted every resource into the largest plug. If you open the resource on the receiving plug, then copy the entire resource from another, then the whole resource in the other plug is added to the receiving plug instead of over-writing it. For example, if everything is going into SW20 1.0 (the largest file), open it in Res-Edit and open any resource so that you may view it as a list. Now when you open any of the other plugs, do NOT open the individual resources. Copy them whole and just paste into the open resource of SW20 1.0 (be sure to paste only the appropriate whole resources into the open SW20 resources).
Some of the plugs have information that overlaps that in other plugs, but rather than go through and pick-and-choose (too time consuming), open and copy resources in a particular order with the prioritized plugs LAST. That way the version you wish to keep overwrites junk you do not want. For example, I like to cheat, so I opened and copied-and-pasted those into SW20 1.0 last. Now I have just one file to place into my plug-ins folder and the process only took me about 15 minutes at the most (I also copied Star Wars sounds into MAGMA so Star Wars sounds with the same IDs would overwrite those MAGMA sounds, then copied the entire sound resource from MAGMA back into Star Wars).
Half the fun of playing EVO is hacking plugs and playing God with them. Heh, heh, heh.
