This bar is located, as the title says, on Bakoom in North Tip space. It is built over a series of volcanic vents, giving the bar all sorts of timed explosions in holes left in the floor. It also adds unlimited hottubs, in numerous caverns connected to the main bar. The adventurous may strike out and attempt to find diamonds in the adjacent tunnels and caverns, but the bartender takes 10% net worth of all such valuable discoveries up front.
The bar itself is completely made out of rock, that swirls in obsidian blacks and muted reds. Nobody knows who built it; the most likely theory is an genius alcoholic hermit, but everyone who could tell anyone is dead. Don't ask the bartender where he gets all the stuff for the drinks he serves, because he doesn't know that, either. The cellar out back seems to spit out whatever is ordered.
Parking is located outside the bar in a dormant, collapsed volcano cone, room enough for everyone's ships with space to spare.
Payback sits back and wait for his first customers to arrive.
