    • Space Banana Missions

I've recently began playing EVO again. I was bored and wanted to get some practice before Nova came out. And since it's been literally years since I've played, I've forgotten some of the common knowledge I once possessed. Anyway, to my question.

Where does the Igdarza mission string start?

      Okay, that's all, ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

It starts in Miranu space, at the home of the purple river eels. If that's not a big enough clue, I'm sure someone will tell you the exact location, even though finding the mission strings is a large part of the fun of EV Override. ๐Ÿ™‚

    • Argh, looks like I'm gonna have to take a couple more planets over... The miranu don't particularly like me as I have, um, "unburdened" quite a few of their freighters, ๐Ÿ˜ƒ As I seem to have a bit of trouble with swarms of fighters, I should probably rack up some more cash and get myself a Crescent Warship to better handle those fighters. Better yet, an Azdagari Warship. Azdaras would be quite handy. And lucky me, I just captured a Miranu Heavy Freighter to haul the cargo I "liberate" from the Emphalga Freighters. Lots of cargo=lots of cash. So, I should rack up enough cash in under an hour to get myself a Crescent Warship. After that, it's only a matter of time before I capture myself a Strand Warship.

      Pirating...Fun and Profitable!

    • "Emphalaga" that's a new spelling.
Don't rob the Miranu, they're just cute fuzzy critters, they won't hurt anyone.

I spelled it "Emphalga" not "Emphalaga". And I don't usually rob the miranu. Sometimes when I need to refuel, I just disable one of their freighters if there are no traders in the system. I believe I've only refueled on a planet once, and that was an accident, ๐Ÿ˜ƒ I'm going through the game without visiting the mission computer or refueling. Started out pirating in a Shuttle with 3 Blaze Cannons. From there, continued pirating in a scoutship and then started taking out renegades with a Helian. Then Arada to a Lazira.

And I don't recall th Miranu as being fuzzy...

Yes, that is true. However that term in a bit, how should I say this... explicit for the board. Space banana is the more polite of that term. Also, it's easier to spell than the strand's actual name. Why must all three strands have names that are hard to spell? It's just wrong, heh.

Oh, and about the mission string starter, is any legal status reqired on Kitrak? Cuz I'm the overlord of that system, and have visited the bar a couple times already. Think I'll go to Space Banana space and kill some more Zidara. Purple aliens, hehe...

It's an endearing term of fondness (or a blatant insult). Don't worry, I meant it in a good way.
