Payback wanders back in after a finals-forced leave. After getting approximately a 12 out of 30 on his Calculus III final (at least he's pretty sure the rest of the class did worse), he decides he needs to get completely blasted, and looks around for the best Tequila Rose and vanilla Schnoppes this place has.
After acquiring all he needs to get drunk, he proceeds to overdo it (of course!) and wonders if anyone can help him find, ummm, well, he forgot, never mind.

Cap'n Redeye orders everyone on board of the OMega Force ships in orbit to come down to the mansion. Accordingly, the males are in suits and the females are in dresses, but when they land fifty kilometers away from the mansion, and then arrive at the mansion, the place is overflowing with people. To counter it, Cap'n Redeye orders his scientists to develop Null-space generator large enough for everyone already at the mansion, while still being in the normal plane so that more people can arrive.

Jess, here's some advice. Using my amazing powers of psychological abstract thought (also known as w00tMindPower), I have analyzed your post and have come to the following conclusion:
A boy ("Wez", or Wesley?) from school said he liked you then was forced (in his opinion) to say he didn't (most likely to save a "reputation" of sorts). Now he calls you in a feeble attempt to show his feelings for you because he's a bit confused by this concept of having a girlfriend and doesn't know exactly how to go about it...that would also explain the flirting/glances.
Combining this knowledge plus my experience with typical high school romances...
I'd say that if you like him back, find some time alone with him and kiss 'im. Not out of the blue, of course, but I'm sure you'll find a way. Now, supposing you don't have feelings for him, just tactfully ignore him or find a way to tell him you don't think it'll work out. 
Just my two cents. ^_^
