I just got my record for Mira to "offender" because I killed a a voinian... so that won't do any good now would it! Thank you very much, guys! Hey, in terms of legal ratings (this applies just about anywhere), to heal all wounds, get a bounty hunting mission, which you can usually get in southern UE space, like Huron. Then, fly into systems near the system(s) that are angry at you and destroy the pirates that hyper in after you. Enough of that will weaken their anger, and create a soft spot in their hearts for you (until you do something else to piss 'em off). But it's an easy trick. Once I get a good warship, I always have a bounty hunting mission with me, just in case.
