I've been Looking all over for the Dernath Garrison any help? Also when you get to that place with the huge pillars and the screen that comes up and say I'll never be able to find him because I'm not skilled enough, is that the quest after the harp and how do I find him?

The tauntin is from the dark fairy, You need The Awareness Skill to find him/her.

the voice youve ben hearing is that of the dark fairy's. Talk to a man in berglum, called heldan. hell give you a quest to go and capture the dark fairy as well as a cage to put it in, but to catch the fairy you need the awareness skill. The man who gives it to you is in the perugo forest, look it up in the learning tree.

dernath is south of the learning tree tunnel entrance. Its across the river. once you cross the river (theres no bridge you have to go around.) go as far east as you can then hug the coast for a couple screens. once you get to dernath youll be sent on a quest to kill the cyclopses. you should also talk to the old man in the village, he sends you on a quest that is intertwined with the cyclops one. After finishing these quests talk to the guard in dernath and say that decimus lives and stuff to that effect and hell send his men to help.
