What does everyone think is the best plug-in for EV Override? I'd like to play a good one, but don't know which one to pick.

If you look on the sidebar of the (url="http://"http://www.AmbrosiaSW.com/games/evo/addons.html")Plugs Page(/url), it should have a list of the highest rated plugs. Ones I know of that are good are Frozen Heart and Femme Fatale, which are total conversion plugs, and Reign of the Voinians is quite fun as well. As for useful plugs, BigMap and Show Armor Percentage are pretty necessary. Star Wars is also pretty good, as well as F-25. Have fun!

FH is the best, closely followed by FF.
Babylon 5 is relatively new and I like it a lot.
The star wars one is of course a classic.------------------

Strange. I played The Fourth Reich, and I must say I can hardly call it "good". The only plug-ins that have ever impressed me were Frozen Heart and Reign of the UE.

**Babylon 5 is NOT a relatively new plug, it just seems to have been re-posted a few months ago. It still doesn't include all the events (or graphics) it should. Display Armor Percentages doesn't seem to work with Frozen Heart (which is okay apart from it's tendancy to kill your computer sometimes) for some reason, but Big Map is very nice. F-25 is okay, but there's far too many spelling mistakes, bad outfit and ship descriptions, and other minor errors for my liking.
I'm about to start Reign of the UE, but I'm stuck one or two missions away from the final starting requirement (central UE objective). I don't know where to go after the Capture Gualon Station mission. Probably the wrong place to put this, but still, any help?

Can't say. I much prefer Escape Velocity, and therefore don't play many plugins for EVO. Frozen Heart was good, though many of the ships (Rigellion) were ugly.

Of course, I would never contest the status of the E3 plug-ins (FH/FF) as some of the best plug-ins, if not sci-fi scenarios in general, ever made. But let us not forget F-25, another great project that turned out a quality (with great quantity in terms of places to go and things to do) plug-in.
