I have to do the Kirrim Prime missions b4 I can start the Reign Of The UE. Someone help me out here please.

The Kirrim Prime missions start (surprisingly) on Kirrim Prime. You must have completed the Miranu diplomacy missions. The mission is available 50% of the time, and requires an Average combat rating. The offering text begins:

You are astonished to discover that you are not alone by the drinks machine, and even more astonished to discover a fellow human. You begin to introduce yourself but are interrupted as he leaps to his feet...

This mission string is hard to complete in a large ship.

Thanks. So where do I get the diplomacy missions? Is there a mission I have to have completed to get the diplomacy missions? Because I've been all over Miranu space and never gotten any missions. Or from any other alien races for that matter.
