I used a plugin to get some money to buy an new ship and items, and a while after I took it out all the other ships dissapeared. So there are no other ships around. and yess I have put the plugin back in but still no ships. So does anyone know why?

Try putting the plug-in in and heading back to earth, then selling all the outfits and your ship if it was apart of the plug-in, so when you take the plug in out you don't have any items that are only in that plug in.

Now that you've had a chance to experiment with the game to see if you like it, why not remove the cheat plug(s) and play it the way it was meant to be played? Going around in an invinci-ship ruins all the challenges the game has to offer. It can be a very satisfying game to complete, if you do it properly, and it need not take very long to get yourself a decent ship.

In any case, switching plugs with a pilot mid-way through could well corrupt it. My advice would be that you start afresh.

Yeah, getting the ship of your dreams without cheating rather than using a cheat plug to get it is a lot more worth it in the end.
