What does it take to be able to use the Book of Conjurers or the Book of Alchemy (for the Ranger). I am at level 23, have completed all the quests except for the final two, have strength, dexterity and luck of 100 and vitality of 80+.

I read this in an earlier post so I don't know if it is entierly true.

You use the conjurers book whenever you bring up your spell book. So whenever you press the " V " key, you use the conjurers book. I think it's just used to store spells.
