REDchigh then realizes Jess has hancuffs on, and undoes them, wondering for a second who's kinky idea handcuffs were..

he then picks up jess, takes her to amy's table, sets her down, and takes away Amy's drinks "I think you've had too much!" then he sits down with Jess leaning over into his lap, and Red asks Amy why she looks so lonely....

Phantmrain sulks back in his chair due to the fact that his invention is now gone, and it's back to the old drawing boards. He goes back into the storage closet with 43 old Maguyver tapes, a sodering gun, and some jelly beans only to return a few seconds later to get some pants on.

In the next hour or so there are loud rumblings and the closet door keeps on illuminating.

I394 finally sees the light! Of Phantmrain's illuminating door. "That's just the missing component I need for my cloak suite, Eureka, Eureka!" he shouts. And unceremoniously rips off the door and integrates it into his invention. After a 45 hour, sleepless, inventing marathon, he turns on his suite, and falls asleep. After he wakes up, he celebrates by getting drunk, which he does by stealing everyone else's drinks, undetected.

By the way, why does Pheonix keep killing draco for handcuffing Jess, he's just doing his job. It's not easy being a law enforcer in a lawless galaxy.
