Alright, here's how it went down...
I was running around in a Miranu Frieghter, and doing missions for the Vonians.
I dissable a UE Destroyer, and Capture it. I take it as my own ship.
I land, and blast back off, into Vonian space.
The Vonians attack me, even though I'm an "Upstanding Citizen" in vonian space.
So... why? Do they think "Human in a UE ship, gotta kill it"? or what?

UE Cruisers have the UE as InherentGov, the Voinians will attack any UE ship they see, as the UE is their enemy. They'll even attack you or your escorts if you/they have UE ships

Actually, escorts are immune from inherent government attacks, because they are part of your fleet, represented by your ship.
