    • While You Wait for EVN, Play Galaxy's Edge

      Go get it at (url="http://"http://www.galaxys-edge.f2s.com/")http://www.galaxys-edge.f2s.com/(/url)

      ====================================================================

      Vigorously stabbing at the colorful flashing buttons on your control board, you stare in horror as your ram field subsides, placing you between two monstrosities. Off the port bow, a blue-and-gray Singularity slowly approaches, and off the starboard bow a slender Andromeda rushes into view. The beasts launch themselves towards each other, and suddenly space is filled with screaming energy, blue and green and pink, tearing at the metal creatures, ripping them apart. Making a sudden decision, you power up your weapons and open fire.

      Taking place within our solar system, Galaxy's Edge is the most thoroughly researched and astronomically accurate Escape Velocity: Override plugin ever. The big things are big, the little things are little, and the physical laws of the real universe do their damned best to operate consistently and accurately within the game world.

      Ditto.

      I hope the scenario lives up to the awesome interface!

    • And I hope the d/l goes faster than 200 bytes per second at a different time of day.

      Read the readme. (Just press return, in EV there's a keyboard shortcut for everything.)

      Also, I must commend Peter de Blanc for creating such a nice interface, but the in game (non-interface) graphics need some detail work and there is a reason no one has ever changed the star graphics before. I have yet to try the game play...

    • Since this doesn't really have anything to do with Nova, I'm moving it to the EVO webboard.

    • This is a very well done plug-in.. Confusing at times. But other than that. I am very impressed. Well done

    • I will d/l it while I'm sleeping, 11 megabytes is too much to do in the daytime.
