I can't say I've done all of them, but all that I have done get progressively more challenging - the Zachit ones were pretty hard, but the rescue AB one became near impossible by the end of it and took me ages.

I found most of them to be equally challenging, but I've just done the voinian string for the first time and I'm finding it to be terribly easy.

If you don't use the Monty Python and don't bring in any extra mission-based escorts, the Dreadnought is pretty tough. (Or was it just irritatingly long? I forget...)
As far as entire mission strings go, I'd say that they're all basically equal in difficulty.

I'd say fighting a huge swarm of Azdgari in an unmodified Cresent Warship in the Igadzra mission string is probably the hardest thing Also conquering the Igadzra homeworld is hard as freakin heck...

You get it in Miranu space. You talk to a Miranu and she says that there have been diseases like that and they could probably help.
I think that the Zachit string is pretty tough. The "Raid Pariah" mission was equally tough as well.

I'd say the Igadzra missions, just for the mission where you defend the planet (I forget which one)...**** Azdaras!
Anyway, how do you get any type of renegade missions? I have also never really been able to start the major Zachit string.
