How do i get the UE Cruiser? Which system and planet does the string mission start in? And are there any other strings or requirements i need to have before starting the string? Please reply if u have answers i really want this ship!

You get the UE Cruiser after completing the Anna B. (I'm not gonna attempt to spell her last name)
I believe this mission string starts on Knox.... but, I could be wrong. And, as always, there's the required combat rating, other mission strings, etc, etc.

the mission starts on NEw Taranto.
Go to the bar after the Dreadnought missions
You will get a cryptic message and have to meet someone the missions start there.
oh and later think renegade base.
