I've started the ROTUE plug and I've just completed the UE dreadnought 2 mission.
One thing I forgot to do: Kirrim Prime doesn't have ski-resort so I can't get the UE dreadnought 3 mission.
I fly a heavily modified UE cruiser (cloak, marines, expiremental shield regenerator, NPC) and this thin uses 3 days for one jump. I don't intend to downgrade just to complete this mission the regular way.
My question:
how can I complete the Kirrim Prime missins (only the rush missions actually)
without losing my ship? I'll 'tamper' with files if I have to but I don't know how.
I don't want to tamper with the plug itself.
Perhaps I can change the missionbits in my pilot file (how?),
so I've already completed the rush missions.
Or my favorite option would be to make my Cruiser temporarely take 1 day/jump.
How do I do this?

N.B.: After the ski resort has been buildt ,I'ld like to change everything back to normal

First off, I (and I'm sure other members will say this) highly reccommend you NOT do any of these things because sometimes they'll screw of your game, period. My question is: Why can't you just do the missions as if you didn't have the plug in? You have to have done to UE/Miranu diplomacy missions, and go to Kirrim Prime's bar. If you're in a UE Cruiser, then I suggest you get an Arada for the mission string. You do the mission, go back, do the other missions, and when you get to where you have to find the disabled freighter, try somewhere south of Priat (I won't give you the exact location). If this doesn't work somehow, get an Arada, take the plug out, and do the missions. Then put the plug back in. if you have a ROTUE mission active when you try to take the plug out, you don't have to abaondon it. It just shows up as having no name or description, but it acknowledges that it's an active mission. I hope this helps.

I'm sorry that, except modifiing at your own risk the Override datas file, which I consider cheating, you'll have to downgrade your UE Cruiser. You'll always be able to rebuy it later
Sorry, you can't make your Cruiser go below 3 days per jump, except by adding (via a plug you make) an outfit that reduces the hyperspace jump time, but I consider that cheating too.
If ever you want to modify, then go back to normal, just make a backup of the file you want to modify before modifying.

No No you misunderstood me Kiwi. When ever i took over Monglek and Vorik they disapeared off the map then Nagoza stayed their. Then I have to meet some new people going to the newly taken systems that disapeared.

I don't care that much about cheating with the EVO data files.

I'ld rather have one losy thing changed for 3 missions then have
a lot of fun of the plug ruined.
BTW, I do care about cheating with the plu itself.
The person had a lot of work on it, balancing it and stuff, I'ld rather follow his story then change it for the better of me.
I just want to do 1 jump/day with my UE cruiser for the Kirrim Prime ski resort missions.
The plug itself has little to do with it except I can't complete it with the skiresort.

Umm, on the subject of lowering jump time, there is a plugin that has an outfit that does that. Extra outfits got a hyperdrive you can buy in miranu space which lets My UE Cruiser bounce around at one day per jump. And what do you need to do to get the ski-resort missions? Is that a special plugin, or is it in the main game?

They're part of the stock scenario. You get them at Kirrim Prime 50% of the time if you have an average combat rating and (I believe) have completed the Miranu diplomacy mission.
