Soviet, I can't presume to give you advice, you have been here longer posted more and are now a mod, but can I say what I think would be a better solution? (Considering how he acted you were quite lenient actually) I think he needed a few pointers and an explanation. He was obviously new to everything and maybe you could have e-mailed him something. I dunno. You acted pretty welll considering though.

Okay, I'm going to give you all some background information on Voinian Earth. He is my brother, and he is not a newbie to the internet or to EVO. He is only a newbie to the web boards. He is thirteen years old and in the seventh grade and he does this kind of stuff a lot on Yahoo! chat as Altair 223. Once he typed in "Am I ruining it for you?" and posted it repeatedly. By doing this, he once reduced the population of the "Shoutouts" room from about 50 to 2.

But I have a plan, and I would like forge and Soviet Mikee to voice their opinions on it.

I know my brother'spassword to Yahoo! mail. I can acess the original message Ambrosia sent him with his password, then use it to hijack his account here. Then I can change his password here to something else that he doesn't know. Without the correct password, he would no longer be able to post any more spam without creating a new account.

I am prepared to set my plan into action any time. Please tell me what you think.
