No it doesn't. The moon has no atmosphere whatsoever. The only moon with an atmosphere thicker than 1/10,000th that of Earth is Titan, and most moons (including Luna) have no atmosphere at all.

MOD: Sorry, the Armor can't be that tough. too close to "undefeatable protections". Maybe the bean does the same damage as a Neutron turret or blaze turret.
Oh and Guile, any planet or moon with gravity has an atmosphere.

Um, no. The moon is airless. Completely airless. As are the vast majority of moons. I don't know what gave you this idea, Red, but it's completely wrong.

Good point i guess. Here are the new stats for the beams:
Armor beam: does the damage to armor that the Discco Machine gun does.( or should do)
Shield beam: Equal to 5 Phase beams. 3 phase beams if it cuts shield regen.

The weight of my beam is 30 tons, although, I'm hoping that the Zidagar would be able to use their 'minimization' technology to lower it down to say 15 tons.
The I.S.S. Igadzra enters the Afen system, and ESpilot says "We're almost to Igadzra! Hyperspace FAST!!!" and they enter hyperspace, and end up in Igadzra where the I.S.S. Igadzra and the Z.S.S. Giule fits a special fleet of 30 Voinian Dreadnaughts with 3 pursuit launchers, 3 SAD launchers, 100 pursuit missiles, and 150 SAD modules each.
Giule also starts setting up a wormhole network around the Azdgari systems (if draco consents). Each Azdgari system will have a wormhole set up connected to the hub in orbit around Voinia.
