RULES:
1. You may control only your own character.

3. Your posts may only account for one weeks time and one day's action.
4. No undefeatable protections.
5. Lifepads (small shield protection modules) may be used while aboard one's own or affiliated structure, and warsuit
(suits with life support and shielding) may be used given time to put one on before going onto a hostile structure.
6. Thread Moderators may revoke your posts at any time if they do not follow these rules.
7. No starting new Governments with out my permission.

Rules for researching:
1. You have to post saying that you have started researching something, and the researching of that thing is done.
2. Tech and Civil advances are made during the story timeframe.
3. All tech is the same as in EVO after all player missions, to get new tech you have to research it.
4. No Invincible ships. Stats must be posted on new ships, and must be edited if the Mods say they are too strong.

This RPG was made more to teach people the workings of RPGs, So this'll be quite a bit simpler than most. Economy and Time will be a less strict,
but Battles must be started with something like: The UE fleets Warps into the system, and each of the ships targets a vessel....
Nothing like this:The UE fleet warps into the system, kills all the enemy ships, and captures the Station.
Get it>? no one post battles.
tip: For battles, write one bad thing for every two good statements.

Rooster's just a little annoyed at the moment. He's got himself all worked up
because Buba punished him when Rooster started making changes on Buba's board
(they WERE co-admins, but Rooster started changing lots of things Buba had
done).

Rooster has good tantrums, so don't expect him to recover anytime soon. He'll
probably go to some other board or make his own, and we'll be rid of his whining.

Until then, well, I think we'll have to put up with it.

How about we make a deal, Esponer. The truth is you don't know what was going on in my personal life at that specific time when i 'threw my tantrum', and now i'm trying to make amends. Can you just let me try and do that in peace? We all make mistakes, and we all have bad days.

(Sorry for the disturbance Redchigh, but the best place for a webstory argument would have to be the only webstory on the board right now. Good luck with your story, tell me if i can give you any advice. :))
