Does anybody else find EVO too slow? Well I have and so I am scratching that itch with Speed Plug available on the addons page. It speeds everything up by 100 (except maneuvering, I added 1 instead). It's tiny so it's easy to try. So give it a shot if you find things slow.

Plug-in I'm working on with a couple of others.
Anything that makes those raisings are unfair, as unless they work at a perfect
ratio they are giving slow ships more speed.

Captain Skyblade: It was just something I did to relieve the stress of trying to upload Dreden War 0.2d.
And Black Beard: I have the preferences turned to 225% and it still isn't fast enough, plus, it's only 5kb, why not try it?
Silverdragon: I increased all the ships speed by the same amount, so it's still the same rates, just a bit faster.
MartiNZ: So far I haven't found that problem, who knows, it's probably there and I just don't notice it.
Still people! Give it a whirl! Especially those on slower machines!

No, diddly, it isn't fair.
You're changing the percentages. Cruiser with 75 speed is getting to 175 - making
it very fast, whereas a fighter goes from 500 to 600 - not much of a change all in
all.

Cruiser: +133%
Fighter: +20%

Yup, cheat plug for people who like big fat ships. (Miranu Heavy Freighters with Emalgha warship conversions?) ...but at least it hasn't got Sandra Bullock in it.
