To make a plug-in you need a good editor for one thing. I personally use EvEdit
and Resedit for some of the neat stuff.EvEdit comes with a readme, as will all other editors. Just type "ev override editor"
into a search engine and you'll get something.You'll also need a graphics package and a 3D graphics package for, you guessed it,
graphics. I suggest Adobe Photoshop and Strata 3D.------------------

If you want to cheat download ResEdit.
open one of the EVO data files and make whichever ship you have stronger...
It's as simple as that------------------

Who's Blech?
Anyway, I completed that mission easily with my UE Cruiser armed with 4 phase turrets and an Energy Nuertron Turret (I have the plug-in for the extended Pareen Station missions). I don't know if you've done the appropriate missions yet, but a UE Cruiser can be even more helpfull then a Igazra when outfitted right. And although phase turrets are blamed as being really uneffective against armor, with 3 or more turrets that fact doesn't become nearly as true.
