Does anybody know the release date for EV:N, or at least have rumors? And is the gameplay like that of evo? Is there going to be multiplayer, or is that out of the question?

From keeping up to date with the progress log, I'd say in about 2 months they'll
have at least public beta.

The gameplay is very similar to EVO as I know, but with dozens upgrades like AI
with cloaking devices, smart AI and so on.

Finally, no, multiplayer is out of the question. I have no connections with Ambrosia,
but if you go to the EVN webboard recently someone posted a "wouldn't it be great if
EVN had multiplayer" type thing. By the careful way he began this I assume he's
already encountered a moderator or two that screamed at him to shut up because EVN
was NOT going to be multiplayer.
