    • Question about Voinian&Azdgari; missions

Yep, another question, but this time I'm asking if anyone knows about the missions after I get access to the Voinian Frigate?

The second question is about the first Azdgari mission. What do you need for combat/legal ratings? (I know that they start on the south tip station, correct me if I'm wrong).

Thanks to all people who help...

PS: Do I spell Azdgari right?

      This is fun!

    • Yep, they start on STS. You must have a combat of Noteworthy, and completed the "Diplomtic Relations" mission for the Miranu. Legal status is irrelavent.

    • You'll need a fast ship... good choice of strand by the way.

"How can I make it go faster?" -Me-

    • "Koskinen." Neat. That's the last name of my best friend in Soumi. BTW, if you don't already know, the Azdgari upgrades you'll be able to buy after working for them are really useful.

    • Okay, I found the Voinian missions. But I screwed up again and this time I didn't have a backup, so I'm gonna play with Triple-agent. Now my next question is going to be about the Igadzra beam...Where do the missions start from?

The Igadzra missions are long, annoying, and tiring. I think they actually start at Kirrim or maybe Kitrak.

    • i know that the beam is experimental, but are there any missions that have something to do with it (for the Igadzra)? Actually, I think Triple Agent didn't work because there was no <DST>.

    • OK. I haven't done any Azdgari missions because they resemble humans more than any other alien race, in that humans and the Azdgari are both idiots. But I'm off the point. After you have the Voinian Frigate availabile, go to Fridion. You need a good combat rating of Dangerous or Excellent or anything higher than that. Go to the bar, and this voinian guy comes up and blabs on about them having to keep back humans and emalgha and they need to scan the emalgha defenses, so on an so forth. So, you go to emalgha and kill all the flyin' logs in the system, which is fairly easy with any maneuverable, moderately armed fighter or any sort of warship with good weaponry. A Zidara would be good for this mission, since it's as fast as a Emalgha Fighter, and has as much firepower as a Voinian Frigate, while having good enough shields to withstand the attacks. Complete this, and go back to Fridion. Go back to the bar and you'll be asked to plant a bug on Kelmaon and return to Fridion. Go to the bar again and you're asked to raid Emalgha again so the bulk of the northern voinian fleet can move in and eliminate Kelmaon's mines. Complete the raid on Emalgha and return to Fridion. You're given a good bit of cash, the authority to purchase Voinian Borb Class Cruisers, as well as nearly all Voinian millitary technology. I like to get a Voinian Cruiser, then go to the Crescent and disable any sort of warship that I think I'd prefer over my Cruiser, and capture it (with the Voinian Cruiser, even an Igazra has a 75% capture rate). Good luck, and I hope this helps!

      **

It is a real, Finnish name. But it is not my real name. How did I come up with the name...I don't know :frown:, but it was spinning in my head when I registered. It was just a name that I liked to use with my friends.

Back to topic. Is the Azdara really such a good ship (I mean, with the cargo:1 and <the outfit thingy>:about 21). I know it's fast, but with a dospect armor it doesn't give you virtually any room for upgrades. Should I buy it (I have a Lazira)

      ------------------
      This is fun!

    • Personally, I'd tell you not to buy it... yeah, you can make it almost invincible, but do you know how annoying it is trying to kill ships with 2 freakin' cannons??? It's much more enjoyable to get a well protected mid-sized ship like your Lazira or a Crescent Warship and load 'em up with turrets and firepower.

I'm sure some people will lobby strongly for the invinci-azdara, but to them I say: "HA! I get missions done faster!" 😄

    • Yeah the lack of weapon space is annoying, but it can be the most enjoyable ship ever if you use ev edit to give it like 5 swivels. Try it today!
Dospect armour... i gotta try that...
