If anyone decides to create a plug where Captn Hector returns, please do a bunch of missions where your objective is to destroy, disable or board that pest!
It can be somewhat like this: A group of unregistred EVO users approachs you in the bar.
"We've heard of you <PN>, and you're our last hope. We are to poor to afford registering EVO, and can't get enough money to do it as the Evil Parrot Captain Hector robs us all the time. We need you and your excellent ship to destroy the feathered fiend before he kills us!" the poor people looks at you with tears in their eyes. "We will make it worth your effort! We promise!"
You consider your options a while. Will you offend the mighty Ambrosia Empire and help these unfortunate souls?

And when you've destroyed Hector, the leader of the poor unregistred people gives you a powerful weapon that has been passed down by his family in many generations, or their last amounts of money as the parrot now is dead and they finally can begin earning some money.
