I was sitting thinking about all the strife caused by the supporters of different species. So I have come up with an idea to unite everyone, pro-UE, pro-Vonian, pro-any-strand.

Everyone can hate the Miranu.

We could all focus our disgust and loathing on that species of smug traders. This will allow us all to form bonds of friendship through a unanimous ostricization of one group. No more will there need to be threads that degerate into flame wars. We can all flame the Miranu.

I don't know if there are any pro-Miranu people out there. But if there are, I'm sorry. Obviously this plan wouldn't work then.

The Miranu are the best. I've always loved doing their missions and also helping out their allies (UE and Zidagar). Death to those other strand scums. Besides, the Miranu have the Zachit. I mean, who can argue that the Zachit Arada isn't the coolest ship ever?

I seem to recall a conspiracy theory about the Miranu being evil, but I am unable to find it via the search feature of the boards. Anyway, this person claimed that the Miranu were 'up to something,' because they greet the humans as a race that they didn't know about, but they are able to receive UE Holo-Vids, which means that they have to have known of our existence. Another point was that the Miranu refused to take a stand on the Voinian situation.

They probably refused to take a stand because they are peaceful and the Zachit are too small. They would be wiped out by whitchever side they go against, ubnless the Zachit were able to make immensely more powerful ships.

So the Miranu are part of a conspiracy due to the fact that they recieve UE Holo-Vids but they treat the humans like they've never met them before? Well, EVERY SINGLE ALIEN RACE gets the UE Holo-Vids. It's just a cosmetic detail.
