I need help. My charactor has very lower stats than anyone else. I have seen people with
HP:354
and other stats like that. So I need help on raising my stats. Can anyone help me?
Also I would like to be told were the best place to make big money is? Please help AAC? anyone.

I already answered about stats, but as for Hp, the sooner you get more Vitality, more more health you get per level up, if you dont gain classes soon enough and dont take or use magic items, you tend to end up with little Hp, and your levels are already so high that it would take forever to improve.
Ring of titan +2 Vitality
Ring of gods +3 Vitality (sea giant monster item, pay no mind)
hidden blue mushroom +5 Vitality
Become a squire +2 Vitality
for 3500 gold a pop, Vitality elixer add +1 permanently
and Vitality potions are found (if realy lucky) in rockpiles or chests. They do the same as elixers, but cant be bought or sold.
If in trinity
Helm of Gavin +2 vitality- swordsmen
Druidic armor +5 vitality- ranger
Elven robe of protection +3 Vitality- conjurer
Just to add more Hp up front
Holy cloak +10 hp
Long sword eternity +10 hp
Take 5 dips at the pink termite resort, get 10 hp added on to your life.

I had kinda low Hp too my first run since I was L12 in the demo before getting registered. but around Levels 25-26 I made a ton of cash killed everything I could lay my sword on, selling all the gear I collect, and Buying tons and tons of elixers. then when I turned L27 after a long haul, I gained almost 100hp to bring me to about 320 hp

Getting more vitality early in the game is really helpful, so that you can get more HP. But I can say that I did just fine with only 174 HP as a level 23 knight. I was able to beat the Guardian with no problem (and was able to take on Sea Giants if I had about 10 healing potions). Of course, since then, I built up my character quite a bit (having spent a couple hundred thousand on skill elixers).
