Intimidator had refused to answer, at least for now. Aeshek: "We're nearing South Tip Station. Still no word from Thunder." A long pause followed before the small ship entered the system and docked in the bay at the station. No one immediately greeted them but just then the doors opened.

Thunder was aboard the Storm in orbit of Kayia when his comm officer came running up to him. "We've just gotten an urgent message from Rooster aboard the Pultaq. He's been damaged and is on his way here, but he's being chased by the renegades, possible even daedalus and Carnotaur themselves! He needs us to assemble a fleet to hold off the renegades once he's in system."
Immediately Thunder picked up his communicator and sent the message to South Tip Station and Kayia to assemble the Militia forces and prepare to defend Akrahyek. From there the message was quickly relayed to the nearby systems of Bakoom and Unobot, who immediately sent ships into hyerspace to back up the forces in Akrahyek.
Thunder then turned to his comm officer and had him open a channel to Samuari.
MESSAGE TO SAMUARI:
You know how you said you'd be around if I had any specific missions for you? Well, I have an important one now. Rooster is on his way to South Tip Station, and he's being chased by a group of renegades that may include daedalus and Carnotaur themselves. Please come to Akrahyek quickly and help us hold off the renegade threat.

Within six hours, the forces from Kayia and South tip station had been assembled. Luckily there had been several squads of Militia preforming maneuvers in the system, and even a few civilians had joined the forces to help defend their world. The fleet numbered fully 50 ships, with 3 crescent warships, 15 Laziras, and more than 3 dozen Kayan aradas, plus Thunder and his escorts. Suddenly rooster's ship came out of hyperspace and docked with the station. No renegades seemed to be following, but Thunder monitored his scanners carefully. If the renegades were coming, his sensor upgrade would give them two hours forewarning...

Continuation: The doors opened and a high ranking Kayan Alliance Militia official stepped in to greet rooster as he disembarked from his ship.
"Welcome to South Tip Station." He began. "We will begin repairs on your ship immediately. Also, we recieved your message about a possible renegade attack. Our fleet is assembled and ready. If there is anything else we can do, let us know..."

Rooster, I don't think you fully read my post. You don't know if the explorer is Daedalus. At least your character doesn't. Here is the post a third time. Read it carefully and reply:
Daedalus woke up crumpled on the floor of his room.
He heard a banging on the door and he opened it. A very mad looking emphalga with a bunch of security guards were standing in front of him.
the Emphalga spoke: "I want you! for questioning."
The guards rushed in and grabbed Daedalus.
A few hours later daedalus was hand cuffed and seated in front of the Emphalga who was holding a picture of the infamous Renegade Daedalus.
Emphalga: Do you know who this is?
Daedalus's face turned white and he muttered yes, looking slightly embarrased. He hung his head and responded: "Its my brother, Daedalus, the infamous renegade, my parents always said I looked like him. He used to pick on me when I was a kid. He would beat me up when my parents weren't home. I hated him, he said he would kill me if I told." Daedalus looked up with a flicker of anger and a trace of hope in his eyes, "Did you kill him?"

The Emperor of the largest empire in the galaxy, power unmatched by all but their allies the Voinians, laughs at this Zidagar task force. "I will take care of this." He sends 30 AW's to meet them, plus an entire wing (72) of Azdgari Aradas. With 10 other AW's, he launches a strike at some Zidagar border worlds, attempting to dominate them and enlarge the empire. Remember, Titan, you can't retreat now. my forces are faster and have responded sooner.
I also send a squadron (12) of Aradas to these 'Kayans' to find out more. These are not hostile, remember.

Arada Pilot's group of 12 Azdgari Aradas comes out of hyperspace into the Tidibat system, the Kayan system nearest to Azdgari space. Several Kayan aradas are in system and when hailed by the lead Azdgari Arada they respond.
Kayans: "This is the Kayan Militia speaking. Welcome to Kayan space."
Azdgari: "We have been sent here on behalf of the Azdgari to find out about you people. Who are you? What are you doing? Etc..."
Kayans: "We are the Kayan Alliance, an alliance of Strandless worlds united under one government. Seperately, our worlds were slowly falling to the renegades, but together we are strong. We are not a violent or aggressive people, and will not attack anyone unless they provoke us. But we will defend ourselves from threats on our worlds. The Kayan Alliance would welcome a chance to open diplomatic relations with the Azdgari if you are interested. You can be certain we will not take any hostile action against the Azdgari, or any race, unless provoked."

Samurai's fleet jumps into the Akrayhek system. Fully repaired, they reinforce the Kayan lines of defence.

"Good. We lost a few Crescent Fighters, though."
"Is that where you got that other Lazira?"
"Yeah. Plenty of credits, too."

Samurai's fleet lands on Akrayhek and buys 4 new Crescent Fighters. Then they take off and reinforce the Kayan defence.

You are wrong in one minor thing; Intimidator is human, not Azdgari. Carnotaur's entire family is human.
To Arada Pilot: Arada Pilot, just remember that if you become allies with the Kayian Alliance, then you make an enemy of the Voinian Empire, Carnotaur's Renegades, and the Renegade Alliance.
To Everyone trying to defend South Tip Station: You'll be beaten to a pulp. Crescent weapons do almost nothing to Voinian heavy armor, and now you will have to face 5 Voinian cruisers and a Voinian dreadnaught. Lonevoinian highly outguns you.
To Everyone: I have decided to name my Renegade faction 'The Captains of S-570'. Remember that please.

Carnotaur and Lonevoinian, with their highly enhanced hyperdrive engines, quickly caught up with Lonevoinians four Voinian cruisers. The fleet speeded through hyperspace, and then there was a loud BANG as the ships exited hyperspace and bursted into the Akrayhek (sp?) system. They immediately clashed with the Kayian defense force, but the Voinian cruisers, and Lonevoinian's dreadnaught, outmatched them all in firepower, and armor, a vital thing in the crescent.
The battle raged on, but it was soon rather evident that the Voinians, and Carnotaur, were winning. The phase weapons simply could not do enough damage to them. Soon, a quarter of the defense fleet was destroyed. Then, Carnotaur hailed Lonevoinian.
"Lone, we have a problem. My cruiser and your cruisers are taking a major beating. I say all Voinian cruisers pull pack and let you do the rest until you're almost dead."
Lonevoinian agreed, not wanting to loose any of his cruisers. Then, as the five V Cruisers left the system, the massive dreadnaught continued to fight on. However, after a while longer, even it was weakening, and reinforcements from nearby Kayian systems were on their way. After destroying a third of the Kayian fleet, almost two thirds, Lonevoinian was forced to leave.
On Freeport, Lonevoinian complained to Carnotaur. "Drat! We didn't get back Intimidator and Rene!"
Carnotaur smiled. "Don't worry. I've set up an appointment with your emporer, Nova6. By the time I come back, we'll be able to try again."

I have to protest that last post of yours, Carnotaur. Samauri, me, and Rooster were all in the system, and you posted the entire battle before gifving any of us a chance to respond with our own actions. Also, keep in mind that Kayan ships are armed with pursuit missiles and defense pods, both of which are effective against both armor and shields, and all the ships in the Kayan fleet are faster than Voinian ships and have a faster shield recharge rate, so the battle would not have been nearly as much of a slaughter as you claimed.
Please edit your post to give Rooster, Samuari and myself a chance to respond with our actions in battle.

Nova6 was listening to Carnotaur explain about their situation. "We destroyed over half their defense fleet, so the Akrayhek system will be vulnerable. Since you yourself are enemies with the Kayian Alliance, as far as I know, I think it would be in your interest to send a few Voinian cruisers over there. You should have plenty of them. You aren't at war, and so you should have plenty of extra ships. All that I ask is that you help us takeover the Akrayhek system. You can keep the system, but only as long as you let my ships and Daedalus's ships dock with the station, land on the planet, and allow us to also use the system. However, you would overrall still control it.
"Another thing I would like to ask you is this; can we have the normal plans for the Voinian dreadnaught. My scientists have been working on many new types of shipbuilding and many new weapon types. We would like to see the plans for the dreadnaught so that we could try to upgrade it with the highest level Crescent, Renegade, and Azdgari technology. In return, once we are finished, we'll give you the new Dreadnaught design to you to use. Deal?"

Nova6 replies to Carnotaur: "It is already in motion!" Then Nova6 gives Carnotaur a data pad with the dreadnought plans on it. "Here are the plans, but you will notice I did not give you the plans for the Salvo rocket launcher and enhanced neutron turrets. That is because those are top-secret."

Once he has the plans, Carnotaur goes back to S-570. There, he drops off the plans, and then takes a convoy of four Miranu heavy frieghters to the DSN-6253 and then sets up a small base there. Then, Carnotaur goes back to S-570, and schedules a meeting with his top scientists. At the meeting, Carnotaur presents the dreadnaught plans to them, and then orders them to start working on analyzing and updating the design. Meanwhile, Carnotaur goes back to his office...

Thank you for editing your post, Carnotaur. A third of the ships destroyed seems somewhat more reasonable.
Thunder took notice as the five Voinian cruisers left the system. As the other Kayan defenders and Samauri continued to fight off the dreadnought, Thunder radioed the reinforcements and sent them after the retreating Voinian cruisers. They caught up with them in the next system. The cruisers were badly damaged, and the Kayans were in perfect condition, armed, and ready for battle. Quickly they swarmed the retreating cruisers, launching a barrage of defense pods. One of the cruisers was destroyed in the barrage and a second was disabled. The three remaining cruisers managed to struggle into hyperspace, heading for the relative safety of renegade space. The Kayans then converged on the disabled Voinian Cruiser that had been left behind. After securing it, they locked on to the captured Voinian Cruiser with tow lines, and prepared to tow it back to Unobot, where it would be repaired and its crew detained.

Thunder, revoke your post. One, the dreadnaught had already left. Two, it's almost impossible to capture a Voinian cruiser, and besides, the Voinian crew would self destruct. Three, who says you can even see them (cloaking devices).
