I had two missions running at the same time: destroy the Voinian dreadnought in the Vorik system, and destroy the Voinian warfleet in the Vorik system. I destroyed the dreadnought, returned to Outpost Alpha and collected my reward. I then destroyed the warfleet, but nothing happens when I return to Outpost Alpha. WHAT is going on??

I don't know....the best thing to do would be to just abort the mission and pick it up again.

Look on the bright side - having all those UE Destroyers along for the shipping raid probably made the dreanought mission a hell of a lot easier. Quit the Vorik raid mission and do it again. The UE won't mind too much.
