      Just thinking, I was looking through the ROTV I and II mission strings. In ROTV and its sequel, the Voinians use "Borb" like we use "God," as in "May Borb be with you" and "By Borb!" it seems from that that Borb is to the Voinians what Caesar was to the ancient Romans... a real war hero, who said things that are recorded (Borb's sayings are memorized by Voinian schoolchildren) and fought battles that contemporaries wrote about (not mythical ones) and was elevated to a god after his death. Just my thoughts. 🙂

      borb is a corruption of "bob". now, you may ask, who the hell is this bob guy? well, quite plainly - and i have evidence to prove what i say is true - bob is one of three things:

      1. the dictator of his own continent, bobylon
      2. the owner of a 55,555 storey building (the first 55,554 storeys are really little)
      3. a female fly who can fly through windows, and lives at my place

      Borb is the one that was responsible for the Voinians rise to prominance. He slew and enslaved numerous pitiful races and his spirit lives on with all of the mighty Voinians.
