Do the Corocians control the Agdzari?
What do you mean by "The nation of Azdgari is a province of the Igadzra"?

-My treaty with the Emphalgans is null and void.
-I have begun rebuilding of F-25.
-My entire fleet of Miranu Heavy Freighters was destroyed along with most of the original Renegade fleet.
-I am now in control of two Renegade fleets deep in Igdzara territory
-I am allied with Oasa and am providing him with fuel
-The north and south tip renegades have both aquired considerable territory but both are greatly weakened (not for long)

And i thank you for your clarification. In this altered timeline in which the UE and Voinians ceased war, eliminated most of each other's border planets, and eventually became rather unaware of each other the Azdgari were conquered by the Igadzra. However, they were not killed, and are living and working with the Igadzra free to live their own lives. The Zidagar are still large and continue fighting with the Igadzra, after both allied breifly to destroy the Council and scatter it's members and liberalists into strandless space, that of which the renegades haven't conquered. The Emalgha joined with the Corocian alliance in a seemingly religious move they were brought to after being the punching bag of most empires during the timeline.

Sorry i didn't clarify this so in-depth before, but i haven't changed my original thinking. Also, some of you have began to take up more than one day's action or one weeks timelapse (a rule). Not a real problem, but it leaves the rest of us very little time to react properly.

Right now, we're waiting to see if you agree with me that it's a bad idea to associate with the Oasans. We have to find a way to stop their construction, and i think i know how. Uhhhhhhhhhhh..... I'm starting to get tired of this. Daedlus never seems to loose much. Oasa is too strong, and whatever I do I get critisized, revoked, or beaten up in the next post.

Lets see....

Meanwhile, Azdgari diplomats start talks with the Igadzra for the Azdgari to once again be self-governing, and not under the rule of the Igadzra. The Igadzra, after much pursuasion, agree, but on one compromise: The Azdgari must be allied with the Igadzra and help them fight the Zidagar. The Azdgari agree to this, but will try to remain as neutral as possible.

Then Intimidator and Carnotaur decide that this war is too costly they ask the Azdgari government to pull out of the war. The Azdgari then declares itself neutral.

Following this, Carnotaur goes to Oasa and asks for peace. Intimidator goes to Daedlus and also asks for peace. Both of them are trying to get the Azdgari out of a war they really don't care for.

All I have remaining is 2 moderately large Renegade fleets. I moved one back to the south tip to strengthen the renegades against the UE. It has not arrived yet.

True, but we are now aware of the full plan from Borb's interrogation, minus the time and location of the construction. I don't see how we could even figure it out.

CONTINUATION: Representatives from the Oasans (3 officers) and the Corocians (Rooster, Buba, and Aeshek) meet at Ursla anyway to speak about not a cease fire, but a compromise. Rooster: "Both Cpt. Carnotaur and the Intimidator are working without the consent of the Corocian Alliance (this isn's moderation, it's part of the story) and should be severed." Oasan 2: "They are with us now and we will continue construction of the dreadnought!" Buba: "What will this accomplish? What do you want that this ship will get you?!" Aeshek: "This is getting nowhere, these scum are simply ignorant and..." Oasan 3: "Quiet, miranu! This will be your death in the name of Oasa!" He then pulls out an ion blaster and fires at Lt. Aeshek. His chest bursts in a flash of white and he falls backwards in his chair. Rooster and Buba both pull out photonlances and wildly fire at the Oasans opposite themselves. Bodies of the officers and their guards line the floor as Rooster runs to Aeshek. Rooster: "No!!!! Liam....you can't die, you never die!" Buba feels the same but conceals it as he and Rooster run to get to the newly repaired Saratoga...

CONTINUATION: Buba and Rooster rush to the Saratoga and jump aboard. A few of the Voinians see Buba and Rooster running to the ship and begin to wonder whats happening. One of them rushes into the meeting chamber and runs out, "GET THEM!" The Saratoga's engines flare up and it begins to hover over the ground. Rotating towards the few Voinians scattered on the ground with a mixture of blasters Rooster begins to fire the Saratoga's turrets at the scum. Wiping out most of the Voinians Buba suggests that they begin their escape and Rooster fires up the hyper engines as the Saratago shoots through Ursla's atmosphere and heads off.

Rosster, you decide where we should go since I'm still a little lost; however, I shall soon catch up.

I'm glad you came back miranu! I'm afraid we can't entirely fill you in, but i'll put you as the Saratoga's nav officer, k? Oasa attacked Ursla, took the fuzzes, and planned to build a ship using a fuzz fuel. Then the Corocians (Buba and Me) destroyed Zanati Refinery so Oasa couldn't take it to make his fuzz fuel. This only slowed him down while a renegade group began to rise up. Then, Carnotaur and Intimidator grouped with the Oasans, Buba and I killed a bunch of their representatives, and you posted asking what had been happening. If you got that and it's okay with you, i'll just count you in as the Corocian Flagship Saratoga's navigation officer and third-in-command...

I go to my base on F-25 with my second Renegade fleet and make plans for my next move. F-25 is once again planet cloaked using the technology used during Intimator's attack. Modifications have been made so that once near the surface you can see again.

They are. If you'll look over the posts, Carnotaur and Intimidator approached both you and Oasa and allied (unless you have a problem with it) with you. It would seem you are the ultimate superpower....or this might be your death.

CONTINUATION: Four CWs move into the jumpstream with the Corocians as it passes through the Corocian monitoring station in the badlands (unihabited between Miranu and UE). The Saratoga also hears word that Ursla is now safe and they are sending their fleet behind us (2 CWs and 8 Aradas). Buba helps the Saratoga's engineer to incorporate some of his intuitive docking technology to the tactical drone system. The Saratoga now holds 20 simultaneously released tactical drones.

News has reach me of the Corocian treachery and I declare war on them. (If this is not already assumed. Renegade scoutships are deployed searching for the Saratoga.
Daedalus goes on a visit in Icorus's Wing to Voinia to meet with Oasa and maybe Intimidator and Captain Carnotaur. "Oasa, my Renegade forces grow restless, the alliance will turn on itself if something does not happen soon. We must find the Saratoga. I know you aren't using that fuel for conventional purposes, what is the technology you are working on."

CONTINUATION: The Saratoga passes through the final Corocian base before Voinian space at DSN-9418. There Rooster recieves another Igazra, the C.W.S. Vibrance (in memory of Rooster's fighter), accompanied by 3 CWs and 3 Aradas. After the Ursla fleet caught up, the final total was: 10 CWs, 12 Aradas, the Saratoga and the Vibrance (now commanded by Miranu). Though small, with Buba's long acquired upgrades and the overall superiority of the enlightened Corocians it just might be enough...

"Rooster," says Buba as the Saratoga glides through the jump-stream, "Considering the fact that Oasa's fleet is now accompanied by Capt., Intimidator, and Daedalus it would seem almost impossible to defeat them with our fleet. It would take weeks to put together a fleet that would outrank them in size and we just don't have that kind of time. Instead of a straight on attack I have a better idea." Intrigued by Buba's idea Rooster lets him continue. "First we must locate their position. Likely they will be looking for us so we will need to use precautions. Next we load our ships with explosives and dangerous chemicals. We send the ships into the system with Oasa's fleet with a self-destruct mechanism. 1, 2, 3... Boom!"

"Oh, and take this with you. Drop if off on Svass's surface. It's a mock project for them to find in the event you fail in your defense. I must remain here to complete our project."

Daedelus replies, "But... what is this project? It must be of huge imp--"

"Of such import that your failure to defend Svass will be the downfall of both the Voinan Empire and you. Go, now and win!"

Thousands upon thousands of supply ships rushed into Cthlus. They carried deuterium and Fuzz powder. The "Malcontent," as the planet was christened would soon undergo its maiden voyage - fleeing from Cthlus to a safer system.

The engines powered up for the first time, with a deafening war. Quickly the Malcontent entered the jumpstream, coming out three days later in an isolated system to the far west of the Voinan empire. The project was a success. All that remained now was to outfit it. An even larger RDF was put on the planet in the event a ship entered the system. All captains (if any came to a system so isolated), regardless of sensors, would see only scattered asteroids; nothing more.

As a backup in the event Daedalus failed, a holoprojector was placed in Cthlus. Drawing 1000 terawatts/hour, it projected the image of a planet, and the image of a new dreadnaught*. This projection system was so powerful, the ship would even be able to fire. But the projector would be able to run for only two months before exhausting its fuel supply.

*the dreadnaught would be the one alluded to by Borb in captivity, hopefully tricking the Corocians into believing the Voinans were building a ship, not a planet.

Rooster looks troubled. "What's to keep them from counteracting the chemicals or igniting them before our valuable ships can get close enough?" Rooster tries to explain that it's these quick and only mildly effective attacks that caused our forces to become so low. It's a good idea, but if we use the right tactics, we might be able to hit them. Remember, my plan that i spoke of is just starting to go into effect...
